The AGI MPL cleaner uses a combination of screens, aspiration, and vibration to separate grain from impurities. As grain enters the machine, it passes across vibrating screens that sort out large foreign objects (like sticks, husks, or stones) and smaller fines (like dust and broken kernels). At the same time, an integrated aspiration system pulls away lightweight materials such as chaff, husks, or dust. This dual action ensures that only clean, uniform grain continues on for storage, drying, or processing.

By removing unwanted materials, the cleaner not only improves grain quality and storage life but also allows for the recovery of by-products (such as broken kernels and chaff) that can be repurposed for animal feed—reducing waste and adding value.
